External PTZ Controller Settings

You can control the camera that supports PTZ function by connecting an external PTZ controller to the NVR/VMS.

The following models of PTZ controllers are supported.

KSC-3000U
WTX-1200A
WTX-1100A

It is available by checking Settings - Screen - Keyboard Behavior Use, then selecting Model and Driver.

WTX-1200A Configuration Example

Connect the power to the WTX-1200A and connect the USB to the NVR/VMS.

Check Settings - Screen - Use Keyboard Behavior and select WTX-1200A. The driver is automatically selected as shown in the photo during a normal connection.

Set the controller to DVR mode.

If you select the camera with the mouse and control it with joystick or enter the channel number +ENT from the controller, the channel will change to 1x1 mode, and if you enter the joystick again, it will go to the powder screen.
