Show PTZ

When you right-click the PTZ display in the live video, the PTZ tool is displayed at the bottom of the group.

Settings - When you check the PTZ mark at the start of the live video, the PTZ is always displayed in the live video window.

The PTZ tool is displayed with the camera group, so it is only visible when the camera group is displayed.
